Uniform Swap Information

PTO is hosting a uniform swap and dessert social in the cafeteria and we need YOUR help! The event is scheduled for Tuesday, May 14th from 4:30 PM-6:30 PM. This event will coincide with the Book Fair family night. The uniform swap will begin promptly at 4:30 PM; followed by the dessert social at 5:15 PM. We need volunteers to help at the sign in table, during the uniform swap, and to donate/serve desserts. If you're interested in helping, please email! Our Uniform Swap is donation based. We ask parents to bring in items that their children have outgrown and wish to pass on to others, with the idea that they will be able to find the next size up in return if they wish. Please be aware that sizes may be limited, or not available at all. We will not know until the day of the Swap what items will be available. Items must be clean and in good condition—with no holes, tears, stains, or missing buttons. We do reserve the right to reject an item if it does not meet these criteria. Uniforms will be swapped in sets (one top and one bottom OR dress.) One ticket will be given for each set of clothing.

Drop Off Dates:

Tuesday, May 7th 4:15 PM-5:15 PM

Thursday, May 9th 4:15 PM-5:15 PM

Monday, May 13th 4:15 PM-5:15 PM

All clothing that is not swapped will be donated to the Goodwill.
