Welcome Parents & Students,

My name is Mrs. Granade and I am teaching:  Introduction to Healthcare Science, Essentials of Healthcare, and Allied Health and Medicine.  I graduated from the Medical College of Georgia with my Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.  I have worked in the medical field performing various types of ultrasounds, assisting during procedures in the operating room, as well as supervising and training various members of the medical staff.  This will be my first year teaching at GSIC and I look forward to bringing my medical experience into the classroom.  My goal for each student is to find their specific passion for healthcare and to set them up for success in their future careers.

I am looking forward to a wonderful and hardworking year!
